Inn policies
PAYMENTS/DEPOSITS - Guests booking rooms for one night must pay in full at the time of purchase. For two or more nights a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The balance will be due upon arrival.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT - Guest check-in is between 4:00pm & 8:00pm. For room block reservations check-in starts at 2pm. If you are arriving after 8:00pm please call 48 hours in advance to arrange a later time with the manager on duty. Check-out time is 10:00am.
Early check-in: To ensure guest satisfaction, it is important to us that we have the maximum amount of time to prepare our rooms from one guest stay to the next. As such, we do not allow early check in. Alternative terms may apply for group/block reservations.
Late check-out: To ensure guest satisfaction, it is important to us that we have the maximum amount of time to prepare our rooms from one guest stay to the next. Late check-outs will be based on the room availability that day and must be scheduled a minimum of 48 hours in advance. A late check-out charge of $25 per hour will apply for prescheduled late check out times; $100 per hour (rounded up to the nearest hour) for unscheduled late check out times.

PARKING - Complimentary parking for Inn guests is available. Follow the signs from the main entrance in the back of the building. The Stage House Inn parking lot is the 2nd lot behind the town hall. Guests may also use the town hall parking lot after 4pm on Friday and all day Saturday and Sunday.
PETS - We do not allow pets at the Stage House Inn unless they are federally certified service animals. Please provide certification at check in for our records. These animals are not to be left unattended at any time during your stay.
SECURITY - The Stage House Inn is under surveillance 24/7. Additionally, each guest room has a safe available. The Stage House Inn is not responsible for any damage or loss of personal property left behind in our guest rooms, restaurant areas or function spaces.
SMOKING and VAPING POLICY - A designated smoking area and receptacle are available just outside the lobby entrance to the left. Smoking and vaping of any kind is not allowed in guest rooms or otherwise inside the building or in our outdoor dining areas or entrances. Please note there is a $300 smoke removal cleaning fee should removal be required.
DAMAGES POLICY - Guests will be responsible for paying fees for damages beyond normal wear and tear. This includes but is not limited to damaged furniture, fixtures or structures in the guest rooms or public areas of the venue.
EXCESS CLEANING POLICY - Guests will be responsible for fees associated with any necessary excess cleaning to return a guest room to reasonable level of cleanliness necessary for the next guest stay. This includes excessive trash removal. A large trash bin is available on site. Please inquire at the front desk for details.
DINING - Dufour is located inside the Stage House Inn and open to the public. Reservations are strongly encouraged. Dufour is open for dinner 4pm-8pm Wednesday and Thursday and 4pm-9pm Friday and Saturday; and for brunch 10am-1pm on Sunday. Dufour is closed on Monday and Tuesday. Reserve now.

Cancellations & Refunds
We understand circumstances may change. In the event you need to cancel your reservation, please be advised of our policies below:
Advance Notice Policy - Cancellations 45 days or more prior to a reservation will incur a $30 per room cancellation fee and the remainder of your deposit will be refunded to the credit card on file.
Late Notice Policy - Cancellations within 45 days of a reservation are unable to be refunded. This policy also applies in the event of inclement weather.
Early Departure - In the event that your plans change and your departure is earlier than planned, you will not be refunded if you choose to leave before your confirmed check out date.
